Davocadoguy's power duo, Miguel and Astrid, have built a community of avocado lovers and are proud to serve over 250 restaurants in New York City. When COVID19 struck, the business expanded to include door-to-door deliveries, which has become a significant part of the business. They are a small team and stay close to their local community.

Mobile first

Challenge

Davocadoguy had selected and started to customize a new theme before realizing they were going to need help. They sought out Monumental to migrate from Bold Subscriptions v1 to Recharge to power their subscription offerings. They also wanted to launch a shipping option for customers outside NYC.

Solution

Though Astrid had already selected a theme she liked, it still required some customization to make it truly theirs, and to have the features they required. Through our Planning process, we uncovered additional opportunities and features that met their goals while also meeting their customers' needs. We not only built out what was needed, we finished their migration on time and without any hiccups for existing subscribers.
